Holistic method

This is a holistic program that will give you all of the education and tools needed to take your health and life to a new level. The quality and level of coaching, resources, accountability, community all contribute to our ability to have a 100% success rate for those who actively follow the program for 3-months or longer.


Self-made & Elite Holistic coaching

There are two levels of coaching where you can get either one coaching call / week or one / month via zoom.

Self Made- 1 coaching call per month

Elite Coaching- 1 coaching call per week

Our initial call (that you will schedule upon signing up 48-72 hours after sending consultation form) will be based on your consultation form, so please take your time when you fill it out.


Program details

The overall goal of this program is to develop awareness in all areas of our life. Mind, body, & soul. We created this system to ensure success by delivering as many resources as possible and creating daily accountability, driving success.

On our website, you will gain access to The Holistic Method client portal with week-to-week education and implementation, the goal here is to educate you on powerful lifestyle habits that improve health and quality of life. Again, the foundation to every lifestyle variable is awareness. Week by week we will develop awareness around one aspect of life and consciously develop a given area. We will continue that practice the following week as we begin implementing another. Now, life can be demanding and there may be times we can not take on a new task in a given week, that is fine, we can do our best to maintain what we are building and redirect our focus to our development when we are ready.

In an initial email you will receive 2 PDF’s. One is my mini-book with about 30 pages of concepts and applications. Topics will include: mindset, stress, nutrition, fitness/movement, and sleep. You will also receive a Recipe and education PDF with over 30 delicious recipes. The focus of our nutrition conversations will be to upgrade ingredients of foods you love in order to make sure you have all the building blocks your body needs to function optimally. The recipe PDF includes: breakfasts, lunchs/dinners, snacks, upgraded desserts, coffees, shakes, and drinks.

In your initial email, you will also receive a link to fill out a consultation form. Please take your time and give as much detail as possible. This form will be the foundation of our initial 60-minute Zoom call as well as the information I need to design your movement quality routine and training program which is delivered on a downloadable app that will be utilized for many functions. Going forward on our coaching calls, our conversations will evolve based on where we are in the program and our focus at the time.

 

fitness / movement

based on your past injuries and movement patterns, we will design a daily movement quality practice along with a stability and strength-focused training program. throughout the process of acquiring better movement quality, pain will reduce and mood will improve as a bi-product of your body functioning correctly.

Nutrition

epigenetics shows us that our lifestyle plays a significant role in our health. we are what we eat. learning how foods function inside of our body allows us to use food as medicine. we we learn how to provide our body with what we need by developing awareness around how our body responds to certain foods and getting at least a base understanding of how food interacts with our hormones, physiology etc. many will go through a metabolic reset, a game-changer for our health.

stress management

we live in a very demanding, high-stress world. once stress gets the best of us our anxious brains,heart rate, and breath immediately respond and take over. developing skills through awareness, mindfulness, breathwork, and other techniques, we can proactively reduce stress and be better equipt when stress does arise.

sleep quality

only days of no sleep can cause us to go mad and yet many of us suffer from chronic sleep deprivation. once our circadian rhythm is out of rhythm, and hormones have been affected to a significant degree, we must be proactive with our sleep quality practice in order to correct it. sleep has been touted as unimportant in the hustle and grind culture yet quality sleep improves every single function of our body. where many focus on quantity of hours to “grind”, those who focus on quality, have much more sustainable and often, better results.

 

Culture

remaining a student for life allows us to forever grow our craft. the moment we stop learning is the moment we stop growing. we facilitate an environment of growth by providing as many resources, coaching, community reinforcement as we can. staying focused on our intentions of learning and evolving.

Coaching

my 10+ years of coaching experience allows me to identify the most important areas to address and deliver a series of education & implementation on all areas of health. every coaching call will be full of personable & actionable sessions, ensuring continuous growth throughout the program.

Communication

having ease of communication is essential to success. there is a lot of value from having voice communication so we will often message back and forth on a voice message app. we will also communicate via zoom, email, & community chat.

Community

we are who we surround ourselves with. having a community of like-minded people, who are also on a path of growth, allows us to thrive much easier. we will have ongoing community threads and group calls discussing all aspects of health.

Accountability

this program has many accountability perks to ensure growth. We will be developing daily habits that we will check off as a part of our routine. These daily habits will be implemented at a pace that is sustainable for you that are geared to improve your quality of life. we will also have a week by week, education & application process where you will be assigned homework that is focused on critical thinking and developing awareness.
