Brandon is by far one of my favorite coaches that I've ever worked with. He comes in every session with a ton of energy, so his energy actually transfers over to me during our workouts. He's also very personable and knowledgeable, so I tend to talk a lot with him. But given all that, Brandon could be quite tough. There is no slacking off or 'I can't do this' excuse, because he knows how much each person can or cannot do. He will push you to your limits...that is the only way to get results. He will always make sure that correct form is being used, and will make adjustments to the workout for the day, depending on how you feel.

My experience with Brandon was greater than I anticipated. He completely changed my life. Brandon takes time to always explain every exercise, how to do it properly, what muscles we are targeting, why we did the reps we are doing and everything. He doesn’t just tell me what to do but he makes sure i fully understand how to exercise. Brandon knows how to push me as the time goes on and help me reach my limits and really get the results i am looking for. He has a deep knowledge of kinesiology, anatomy and nutrition. My training time with him made me stronger and look better that boosted my confidence. I cant thank him enough for everything and i highly recommend him to everyone.

I've been training with Brandon for about 16 months, and I couldn't be happier that I found him as a personal trainer. I've never had a personal trainer before and I only took group fitness classes in the past, so I didn't know what to expect. Brandon is very knowledgeable in health and fitness, and incorporates a lot of workouts I've never done before into our sessions. I usually don't like pushing myself when I workout, but he will push me out of my comfort zone so I'll realize that I'm stronger than I actually think I am. He's super friendly, easy to talk to, and positive. I highly recommend him if you are thinking about getting a high quality personal trainer!

So I've tried a lot of fitness/wellness routines out there: BBG, OrangeTheory, Barry's Bootcamp, pilates, infrared sauna, and a bunch of classes ClassPass has to offer. I've also worked with other personal trainers before so I do have a point of comparison. Right before training with Brandon, I was trying to find my next workout routine... to mix things up a bit since I was bored with my previous routine. There is a ton of fitness info out there, very overwhelming and a lot of them were telling me conflicting information. So after a few weeks of research, I decided to find a trainer that can help me reach my fitness goals.

Brandon is super chill and personable, and is very motivating in a non sergeant way (but if you're into that.. I'm sure he can work with different motivation styles). He's very knowledgeable in how the body works physically and mentally, and has helped me work out more efficiently. Brandon is great because whenever a movement or muscle something doesn't feel right, he will adjust the workout and try to figure out what's the root problem that is causing the pain. I never feel like I'm at risk of injury (and I'm pretty broken... I have issues with my back & knee). He's very creative with his workouts so it's never boring, and your ass will be thoroughly kicked on leg day...

I had never had a personal trainer before I started working with Brandon, so I didn't really know what to expect. I sought out a personal trainer for the usual reasons - wanting to get in better shape - but I also needed to work on my back and core strength due to a herniated disk. --First of all - the results:-- I feel very lucky that I ended up with Brandon - because he took special care to craft workouts for me that fixed my imbalances and increase core strength very quickly - and only after a few weeks a lot of my pain was gone. He taught me a lot of small things to watch for and improve in my movements in daily life, not just in the gym. Coupled with the hard work we do in the gym I have seen a significant improvement in my quality of life. I can chase my young son around and pick him up without constant back pain. I am lighter, tighter, and stronger. --What its like to work with Brandon:-- Brandon is extremely positive in a genuine way, and this will immediately impact the way you approach your workouts. He is very attentive to his clients needs, and provides customized workouts to help them reach their own goals. In my individual workouts or working out in pairs with other clients I observed that Brandon has a natural knack for connecting with people. This not only puts you at ease, but builds trust and helps him know how to motivate different types of people. He is extremely knowledgeable about different types of exercises and how to target muscle groups. This was very helpful to me because some days I would not be able to do certain movements due to my back and related injuries. Brandon could always find an alternate way to continue with workouts without compromising the goals. He is a highly skilled communicator, and could always help me understand how to do new movements or focus my mind on a particular muscle group. He paid attention to what activities I did on my non-gym days, what I was eating, and was genuinely interested in my holistic health and quality of life. In short - he is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and cares a lot about his client's health and lives. Don't hesitate to start training with Brandon.

My fiance and I have been training with Brandon for a little over 10 month now and he has been awesome. Prior to starting personal training, we were never very diligent with working out and did not have a steady workout regimen. We finally decided to sign up for personal training together because our wedding is coming up and we wanted to get stronger and look/feel awesome!

If you're serious about getting in shape then Brandon is your guy. I cannot thank him enough for training and being patient with a difficult diva client like myself, and still keeping his cool at every session. It's our second month training together and I have already made so much progress from training 3x a week. I am feeling so much better about myself both mentally and physically and without this guy pushing me out of my comfort zone I would still be crying about myself being out of shape. All thank to him for making me feel comfortable at the gym!

I found Brandon through yelp and been working with him for a few months now. Brandon is knowledgeable, positive, motivating, prepared for the sessions, his hours are flexible, and more affordable than other trainers I called and worked with in the past. The gym that he works out of is well kept, large, and not super busy. Would recommend Brandon to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Brandon is THE BEST personal trainer! He is very knowledgeable, dedicated, and pushes you to work hard and get the results you want to see. Brandon is super awesome! He's a great trainer and is always optimistic! He gives the best motivational pep talks and always pushes you to be the best you without making you feel uncomfortable about what you are doing. He tests limits in a positive way and creates opportunities for you to grow!

I haven’t been working out for long and routinely exercising isn’t something I’ve done in the past, but with Brandon, he makes you want to get into fitness and being the best you. I’m not always the most optimistic person and sometimes I can bring that negativity into the workout but I always leave a happier person! His optimism and positivity really rubs off on you and it’s great! It helps me get pumped for my week and keeps me wanting to be motivated to become healthier, physically and mentally!

I really recommend training with Brandon as he’ll always work with whatever fits for you and will help you become a happier, healthier you too!

Best decision ever!

Before having my baby i was active but after delivery my body was completely different. Everything i was able to do, I couldn't and i had re learn my body and its capabilities. That's when i decided to look for Personal Trainer. I have been with Brandon for over a month now. The exercises are challenging and not boring at all. He take times to teach you how to do each exercise correctly and is very patient. He knows how to get best out of me. I am excited to continue to work with him. Highly recommend.

I have never had a Health Coach before I met Brandon. I met him through social media and we had an instant connection about health & fitness and I told him I was going into the health industry as well and wanted to learn more about it. The way he critiques and pushes me to get outside my comfort zone is something I love the most that he does. He is so passionate about his profession and working with his clients and I admire so much about him. He always kicks my butt in workouts and I absolutely love it. Look forward to many more sessions with him learning the ropes as I enter into the fitness field myself.

Brandon is a coach who truly cares about his clients. If you are serious about building muscle and getting into shape, he is the trainer to go! I like how he pushes me to the limit with every set. I come out sore after almost every session. Be prepared to work hard and sweat when you train with him!
